Shipping policy
We process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 10-12 business days to receive your order.
Once the package is with the mail carrier, it is their responsibility to ensure its safe delivery. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for shipping-related issues after the package has been placed in their possession. All packages are covered by a $100 insurance policy through the mail carrier. By proceeding, you accept that BERRIESEED, LLC is not responsible for misplaced shipments due to incorrect mailing addresses provided during customer checkout.
